Software Tester (QA)

BOOST is working with a growing Client who sits at the nexus of data science and software engineering. They deliver technology solutions, enabled by management consulting best practices, to help clients harvest and use data to address complex business and mission challenges.

We're looking for a highly cleared Software Tester/QA, to join a team on-site in Chantilly, VA. If you're interested in open discussion, have a curiosity and passion for quality, amd believe in ownership and accountability then we encourage you to consider joining the team!

In this role, you will be part of an expanding team engaged in all aspects of the product development lifecycle in support of cross domain data transfer and file conversion solutions. The team will rely on you to perform manual and automated testing on software applications. 

As a Software Tester, you will…

• Develop and implement quality control methodologies and guidelines
• Design and execute software test plans
• Establish a process for evaluation of hardware and software
• Create testing programs for regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and tracks success

Technologies we use:

• Selenium

• Current, active TS/SCI with poly
• 7+years of experience with automated testing tools like Selenium
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or similar field)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
